Throwback Thursday, I used to be taller!

What a great day! Thank you to all the students who came out to train with our special guests from Team Texas

We have a fun surprise at the dojo today!

Master Marler surprised me by coming to visit, and He also brought Mr. Dawson Stamper, a legacy student of mine who I had the honor of teaching when he was a kid.

They will all be helping with our afternoon lessons today, and I would love to have as many students on the mat as possible!

We will still have our normal Thursday lessons for all ranks:

Little Dragons: 4:25–4:55 PM
Junior Beginners: 5:00–5:40 PM
Junior Advanced: 5:45–6:25 PM
Teens & Adults: 6:35–7:20 PM

For tonight only, we are inviting our Junior Green, Blue, and Purple Belts to attend the Junior Advanced lesson at 5:45 PM.

If you can make it, we would love to see you there. If not, no worries at all. This is just a fun bonus opportunity for anyone who is available.

Samurai Summer Camp is coming to Paper Ronin Martial Arts!

We have two camp dates available this summer:

Join us for an exciting 3-day camp full of martial arts skills, creativity, and high-energy fun at Paper Ronin Martial Arts of Rolla — the largest martial arts facility in Rolla!

Open to students ages 7–12, camp will be led by Master Sam Guarino, a 6th-degree black belt with over 30 years of teaching experience.

This camp is designed to build confidence, focus, and excitement on the mat!

Open to students, non-students, siblings and Friends
New non-student attendees will receive a free week of martial arts lessons as a bonus.

Our Paper Ronin students did an awesome job representing the academy at St. Pat’s Talentpalooza. We are so proud of the focus, courage, and energy they brought to the stage.

We are also incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of the big show for three years running. It means a lot to be included in such a fun community event, and we love getting to watch our students shine.
