RSO Spotlight: Womenโs Rugby Club
Missouri S&Tโs Womenโs Rugby Club is a competitive team that balances academics with athletic excellence. The team practices four days a week and competes in multiple out-of-town tournaments each semester, including hosting the St. Patโs Tournament in the spring.

RSO Spotlight: Miner Aviation
Miner Aviation creates an RC aircraft for the AIAA Design/Build/Fly competition, offering hands-on experience in aerospace, mechanical, electrical and computer engineering. From glider projects to full-scale builds, members gain real-world skills through design reviews, manufacturing sessions and flight tests.

Peer Involvement Advisors (PIAs) are student employees who play a key role in promoting student engagement at Missouri S&T. PIAs serve as resources and mentors, helping students connect with organizations, events and opportunities that enrich their collegiate experience like MinerRama and Spring O'Rama. They also oversee various processes related to student organization management and administration.

RSO Spotlight: Black Gems
Black Gems is a women-founded organization focused on creating a safe space and promoting mental well-being across campus. While rooted in supporting women, the group is open to all students who value community, connection and self-care.
They host creative and uplifting events like Sip n' Paints, Splash a Gem, and Friendsgiving, with event locations announced during general body meetings.
