Our facility has three basketball/volleyball/badminton courts, four racquetball courts, a squash court, an aerobics room, and a three lane indoor track.

NEW CLASS ALERT! Starting November 11th.
Weightlifting 101: Hundreds of exercises exist to target many muscles and muscle groups and it can get more than a little confusing for the average beginner to choose. Exercise variations come with free weights, machines, racks and body-only exercises, bands, balls and more. This class will give you an overview of all that the S&T fitness center has to offer, while properly programming them into your daily routine.
