Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Rita Dove to speak at Missouri S&T
Rita Dove, whose many accomplishments include the Pulitzer Prize for Poetry and a stint as United States Poet Laureate, will appear at Missouri University of Science and Technology on Monday, Oct. 10. The event is free and open to the public.

We were pleased to partner with the Missouri S&T Wilson Library to host poet and scholar Dr. Marilyn Kallet--speaking at the ongoing Americans and the Holocaust exhibit. What an extraordinary opportunity for our students, faculty, and community to engage with Dr. Kallet as she put the exhibition into sharper focus through her family's experiences.

Ecology expert Louis J. Gross addresses the human side of climate change Sept. 20
Dr. Louis J. Gross, whose research focuses on computational and mathematical ecology, will visit Missouri University of Science and Technology next week to share his cross-disciplinary perspective on climate change. His lecture draws on his recent work and is intended for a general audience.
