🌊 June 8 is World Ocean Day and yes, we're celebrating it right here in the Ozarks!

Ocean health starts with how we treat water at its source. At the Rolla Outdoor Collaborative School, our students spend their days exploring a living landscape of prairies, forests, and spring-fed streams. They are learning firsthand that every ecosystem is interconnected and worth protecting.

When a child discovers a crayfish in a creek or watches a spring bubbling up through the rocks, something shifts. They don't just learn about nature, they become part of it. That sense of wonder is the foundation of a lifetime of stewardship.

This World Ocean Day, we're grateful to be raising a generation of kids who know that caring for the water in their community means caring for the whole planet. 🌍💧

We'll be uncovering the amazing secrets of nocturnal animals and their incredible adaptations for life in the dark. A perfect summer evening for the whole family. Best suited for kids 6+! 🦉🦇🌲

We’ve officially wrapped up our fifth school year. Thank you so much to everyone who supported our program, helped us gather materials and donated your time and energy. We’re looking forward to a really fun summer. Please come out and see us for our Nature at Night programs or our Movie Night June 19!
