We are currently looking for energetic, dependable, and passionate teachers to join our team. We are looking for an infant center teacher and preschool teacher to help create a fun environment while incorporating educational programs that assist in our children's development.

Qualifications:

• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
• Meet and exceed all State Child Care Licensing Requirements.
• Previous experience in childcare preferred, but not necessary.
• A teamwork mindset, strong communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to build rapport with children, families, and peers.

We are looking for a loving person to join our team working primarily with children ages 6 weeks-23 months old. Duties include, but not limited to: basic care for babies, feeding, changing diapers, classroom management, general clean-up, parent communication, implementing curriculum, hiring and staffing,
training new employees,
coaching and developing existing employees, supporting problem resolution and decision-making, ability to sit on the floor or stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 pounds, and other tasks. This position is full-time with varying hours Monday through Friday, year around. Experience and education are preferred but not required. We do require someone that is reliable, team oriented, kind, warm, fun, and outgoing. *Full time staff are required to have or obtain Heartsaver Infant & Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED within their first 90 days of employment. We offer an upbeat, team oriented, fun work environment, as well as paid time off, and paid holidays after a qualifying period.
