Every summer we have high school students passionate about psychology or just interested in learning more come and work with faculty and undergrads designing, implementing, and testing their own psychology experiment and hypotheses! Congratulations to all our Graduating Seniors! 🎓 Meet Kathryn Darr!
After graduation, Katie will be starting a new role as a founding faculty member at a new veterinary school program. She's excited for the opportunity to help build curriculum and contribute to the development of an innovative educational environment from the ground up.
Completing her master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology has strengthened her interests in leadership development, organizational well-being, training, and educational innovation. She looks forward to applying many of these principles within veterinary education, particularly in areas related to student learning, professional development, and creating supportive, effective learning environments.
She's excited to combine her backgrounds in veterinary medicine, shelter medicine, and psychology as she begins this next chapter.
We can't wait to see all you'll accomplish Katie! 🎉
