Hi! My name is Latrice Harris. I am a licensed, certified educator in Wake County, NC. I have several years of teaching experience ranging from substitute teaching, teacher assistant, and leading my own classroom of fabulous students.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Norfolk State University (BEHOLD the Green and Gold!) and taught for 6 years in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia after graduation. Once I moved to NC in 2005, I taught kindergarten for one year at Holly Springs ES before resigning from teaching after the birth of my last child and becoming a SAHM. Since then, I have been a teacher assistant in both public and Montessori school settings as well as substituting within Wake County Public Schools.
I started this little business of mine in August 2017 because I truly enjoy working with and guiding children! I believe that every child has the right to a great education whether it's in public, private, or charter school. Learning should be fun and my goal is to allow your child to have a fun and thorough learning experience.
