When my mother died that is want happened to me in 1996.

Last year when my father died after I took care of him with dementia for the last year of his life, I was already a DMQ, Doctor of Medical Qigong aka Chinese Energetic Medicine. And had the tools to help me express my grief in healthy ways and in fact take the lessons that came from it as gifts to grow and evolve.

By the way, Divorce is the highest Stress on the Stress Index- so it is very helpful for that type of loss as well.

The 90 Minute Program for decreasing the Symptoms of PTSD and Depression is on the last Tuesday of each month.
