New Student Spotlight! Originally from Mexico with nine years’ experience teaching at the high school level, Marisol Rios Ramos is currently working towards her Single Subject Credential in Spanish. Marisol hopes that earning her credential at SSU will prepare her for teaching Spanish in local middle and high schools. She shared with us: “I want Spanish-speaking students to feel proud of their language and their roots, and to know that being bilingual is a strength.” We’re proud to have Marisol as one of our ECES students this year!
