Old School Martial Arts We combine group classes with private lessons which provide the best results for the same price. Groups are welcome for tailored Classes.

OLD SCHOOL MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING
Kenpo Karate - Kickboxing - Boxing - Tai Chi - Qigong - Escrima - Yoga
Our classes are updated on a continual basis. Seminars are conducted on a regular basis. Classes are for men, women, and children. We also offer certifications in CPR and First Aid. We are normally in 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday half day, closed Sunday

This Thursday 12/4 @ 6 PM will our annual Christmas Party. It will be at the Karate school — 541 Martin Ave, Rohnert Park.

It's a Potluck-style, so bring your favorite dish. There will be an ugly sweater contest, so come dressed to sleigh! 😎 Get ready to spruce things up in the ugly tree contest! Lastly, we will have a holiday match-up: Santa VS. The Grinch 🎅😈
