Hello! On October 24, we're hosting a historic event — the 50th Annual Fall Classic in Knoxville, TN.

The Heroes have been part of this tournament for decades and it wouldn't be right to not have you there for this one.

This is a combat tournament featuring gi grappling, no-gi grappling, kickboxing, and point fighting…plus absolutes and team divisions!

My point is — if your guys like to fight, they'll love this event.

We called tonight Fundamental Thursday. We focused on Seisan stance, our posture, eye placement, punches, chambering our kicks and our balance!!! Thank you to under belts Devon and Samantha for helping run a zone this evening!!! Special shout out to Shayla for the Isshinryu drawing she gave me before class!!! The grind was in full force this evening in class!!! Cardio, extra cardio, abs and more abs, 150 punches, stretching, burpees and chart 2 led by Sensi Dillon Williams. Then the 2nd hour was kumite!!! This group put in the work tonight!!! Well done everyone!!! 💯💪🥋🤠🇺🇸. Ps. 27:1
