Teamwork in Action! 🤝

Our 8th graders put their teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills to the test in PE! Students had to move across the gym as a group while some teammates were blindfolded. The entire group had to stay inside a hula hoop, avoid touching the floor, and use only the designated dots to make it across.

A challenging activity that required trust, communication, creativity, and teamwork! 💪

Last night was our first home game win for our Lady Knights against Thomas Jefferson. They battled it out in three sets to take the victory. Next game is against St. Joe’s at AAO!

🙏📖 Growing in God’s Word!

Mrs. Bell’s second grade class participated in their very first Lectio Divina today as they reflected on the story of Adam and Eve. Students practiced slowing down, listening carefully to Scripture, noticing the words and ideas that stood out to them, and prayerfully considering what God might be saying to their hearts. ❤️

What a beautiful way for our young Knights to learn that the Bible isn’t simply a story we read. It is God’s living Word, inviting us into a deeper relationship with Him. ✝️

We love seeing our students grow in Faith, Knowledge, and Service as they develop habits of prayer that can stay with them for a lifetime! 🛡️💙

Our littlest engineers are off to a great start! 🔬⚙️💡 K–2 kicked off their first STEM class with Mrs. Grom by building, creating, problem-solving, and having lots of fun along the way. We can’t wait to see what these young scientists and engineers accomplish this year!

Yesterday was the first day of Jr. High exploratories. Students that chose Mr. Martin’s STEAM Academy’s Revolution Robotics are being presented with a hands-on, narrative-rich after-school adventure. Students will tackle challenges like true innovators—assessing problems creatively, planning solutions, and then building, coding, and refining their robots to bring their ideas to life. These sessions will make learning an exciting experience while helping students develop creativity, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and other real-world skills.

Mrs. Grom’s Physical Science classes kicked off the year with team-building challenges that had students communicating, problem-solving, creating, laughing, and thinking!🧪💡 A great way to build teamwork and get those STEM brains working from Day 1!
