hest level of excellence as they advance beyond elementary school, doesnβt happen by accident. We see the childrenβs time at Hassan as a time for them to develop an internal compass of knowing right from wrong and learning to serve others not out of duty but out of internal desire. This is a big job, one that we are not only excited about but passionately committed to accomplishing in our children. Hassan Elementary is a K-5 school with the population of approximately 800 students. We are a newer school in the district, opening our doors for the first time in September of 2005. Our staff is committed to strong academic standards and hold high expectations for positive student behavior. We offer a wide range of support services and programming to meet the needs of our increasingly diverse population. In addition to core instruction in reading, science, and math, all students receive instruction in Physical Education, Music, and Art. At Hassan Elementary we strive to provide a physically and emotionally safe environment for all. We are lucky to have a committed professional staff and a community of parents who work together to accomplish our goals. Hassan Elementary is an environment where research and best practices lead our actions, everyone has a place to belong and our students achieve great academic success.
