First Friends provides a Christian staff trained and qualified in early childhood education and development. Our faith-based and theme-based curriculum provides children learning opportunities that promote growth of the whole child with a variety of interesting, age appropriate, and developmental activities to develop their social, cognitive, emotional and physical skills, as well as spiritual dev
elopment. First Friends focus includes child-initiated and teacher-facilitated activities encouraging literacy, numeracy, character development, large and small muscle coordination, problem solving, art and music, and acceptance and appreciation of our diverse world. Our multi-cultural program strives to strengthen each child's ability to respect differences and interact cooperatively with others. Above all, First Friends provides children and families with a program devoted to assuring, children's safety, health, and general well-being. As part of this process, we aspire to build each child's confidence and self-esteem. First Friends respects, welcomes, and encourages family participation.
