While the rest of campus was sleeping, your Mountie Student Council was hard at work!

On Friday night, our StuCo student leaders gathered at RHS for their annual team-building lock-in. These dedicated Mounties stayed up all night bonding, planning campus events, and fine-tuning their leadership skills to ensure this school year is one for the books!

💡 LEADERSHIP IN ACTION:
Team Building: Strengthening collaboration and communication across all grade levels.

Event Planning: Brainstorming and organizing upcoming spirit weeks, campus initiatives, and student events (including Mountie Island Homecoming!).

RHS Students and Families,

Rogers High School will have two full days of ATLAS interim testing on Monday, September 14, and Tuesday, September 15. These assessments help us understand what students have learned and identify where additional support may be needed.

Because students’ schedules will vary by grade level, please review the attached graphic carefully to see what your student will be doing each day.

Monday, September 14

Freshmen: ATLAS Writing in the morning and ATLAS Reading in the afternoon

Sophomores: ATLAS Biology in the morning and ATLAS Geometry in the afternoon

Juniors: Mock ACT in the morning, followed by a choice afternoon with seat time option

Seniors: Choice day with seat time option

Tuesday, September 15

Freshmen: ATLAS Algebra I and Advanced Geometry in the morning and Advanced Biology in the afternoon

Sophomores: ATLAS Writing in the morning and ATLAS Reading in the afternoon

Juniors and Seniors: College & Career Fair in Berry Arena from 9:00–11:00 a.m., followed by a choice afternoon with seat time option

Choice Day/Afternoon and Seat-Time Information for Juniors and Seniors

Use this time for community service, college or technical school visits, job shadowing, or completing seat time.

Double seat time will be available in the Auditorium. Please bring your charged Chromebook so you can complete tasks in Edgenuity.

Juniors will be coded as School Business for 4th–7th hours on September 14, and all classes on September 15. No form or phone call is required.

Seniors will be coded as School Business for all classes both days. No form or phone call is required.

Specific room assignments will be shared next week, and we will conduct a practice run during Mountie Time on Wednesday, September 9.

Students who are testing should arrive at their testing location by 8:20 and be prepared to remain engaged throughout each testing session. Please refer to the attached schedule for testing times, lunch times, and additional details.

Attention Juniors and Seniors! If you have demonstrated scholarship, service, leadership, and character, check your inbox!

Invitation emails to apply for the Rogers High School National Honor Society (Fall 2026) were sent out on August 31st to all eligible 11th and 12th-grade scholars. 🎓✨

📍 HOW TO GET YOUR APPLICATION:
Check Your Email: Print the digital copy directly from the invitation email sent on August 31st. 📧
Pick Up a Hard Copy: Grab a printed application in the Main Office or in Mrs. Brown’s room (2028). 📄
Check the Lists: Official eligibility lists are also posted outside the Main Office and in the 2150 hallway.

⏰ DEADLINE INFORMATION:
Submission Deadline: Friday, September 11th at 3:50 PM
