Today, we launch Wellness Wednesday for the Magnificat Community! Parents, there is a special introduction to Wellness Wednesday for you in the Parents section under "Information and Updates" on the Coronavirus Response page of our web site from Mrs. Megan Stroh Rutkowski '98, Magnificat's School Psychologist and Director of Student Support Services.

Students, parents, alumnae, and friends, under "Wellness Resources" on the Coronavirus page of the web site, you will find an intro video from Mrs. Rutkowski on breathing techniques as well as links for two techniques for you to try.

Dear Mary,
We celebrate the special moments in your life:
Your Yes to God at the Annunciation;
Your praise of God at your visit to Elizabeth;
Your joy in motherhood giving birth to Jesus;
Your faith at the miracle of Cana;
Your tremendous love at Calvary;
Your hope at the Resurrection;
Your inspiration at Pentecost.
As Queen of Heaven, intercede for us.
As Queen of Earth, intercede for the world.
Amen.
