Ms. Dorrine is one of our wonderful teachers here at Xavier’s! Her journey and inspiration in the classroom truly started right inside the walls of her own home—where her own children inspired her to earn her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. 📚🎓

A few fun facts about Ms. Dorrine:

Meet Ms. Barbara! 🍳✨

Ms. Barbara is a vital part of our support staff, and you can usually find her in the kitchen whipping up delicious, nutritious meals for our little ones! 🍎🥦 She brings an incredible 12 years of cooking experience to our center, making sure our kids stay happy, healthy, and full of energy throughout the day.

When she isn't busy creating magic in the kitchen, Ms. Barbara loves spending her free time outdoors, going for walks, and enjoying nature. ☀️🍂

Give a warm welcome to Ms. Deidre, our wonderful Floater Teacher! 🌟🎨✨

Talk about an absolute treasure—Ms. Deidre brings a whopping 33 years of experience and childcare credentials to our center! 🏆 Fun Fact: Education truly runs in her blood—all the women in her family work in education! 👩‍👧‍👧🍎

As a floater, her favorite part of the job is hopping from classroom to classroom and getting to know every single student in our building! ❤️ Her top moments of the day are diving into the Science Center and cozying up for Storytime 🔬📖 (especially if it’s a Dr. Seuss book—her absolute favorite!).

When she’s not inspiring our little learners, she loves tapping into her creative side with arts and crafts! 🎨✂️

Everyone, say hello to Ms. Laurinda, our Early Preschool Teacher! 🌟🧒🎈

Ms. Laurinda joined us in 2025, bringing an Early Childcare degree and an incredible 19 years of experience to our team! Fun fact: her journey in early childhood education actually started when she helped a friend with homework for their early childhood degree—and the rest is history! 💫

Her favorite parts of the school day are diving into magical books during storytime and running around during outdoor play! 📖🛝 Outside of the classroom, you can find her staying active playing kickball and tennis. ⚽🎾

What she loves most about her job is getting a front-row seat to watch the children learn and master new activities every single day. 🌈✨

🎉 MEET OUR STAFF! ✏️👩‍🏫

Give a big cheer for Ms. Tanika, our amazing Infant Toddler Lead Teacher! 🌟👶🎨

Ms. Tanika joined our family in 2025 and brings so much energy, love, and creativity to the classroom every single day. She’s currently working on her Early Childhood Education degree, and her absolute favorite part of the day? Sensory play time! 🧪🌈 (You should see the mess—and the smiles!)

When she’s not watching her students learn and grow, she’s our resident party planner, a talented artist, an awesome cook for her family, and a big fan of hitting the pool for a swim! 🏊‍♀️👩‍🍳

Her absolute favorite thing to hear from parents is all about the big wins, growth, and milestones happening at home. She can't wait to welcome new families and dive into an exciting new school year together! 🥳❤️

When you work hard and your brain tells you your stomach is empty you have to eat well!!!

Thank you to Meet and Bread for lunch and some of dinner. The meal did not disappoint and was more than enough for all.

Only down fall is we got very little done afterwards, lol. We will definitely be ordering again.
