We are absolutely overwhelmed by the generosity of Dance Arts of Rocky Mount! They donated this incredible collection of costumes to Dancentral, giving our dancers access to pieces that will be used for performances, choreography projects, classroom exploration, and so much more.
For a public school dance program, donations like this are HUGE. Every costume that is given a second life allows us to stretch our resources a little further and give our students more opportunities to create, perform, and experience the magic of dance.
And now that you see what we’re building… we’d love your help growing it! ❤️
If you’re a dancer, parent, studio, or former dance family with gently used costumes tucked away in a closet, Dancentral would be thrilled to give them a new home! Because we serve high school dancers, we are especially looking for larger child sizes (Child L/XL) and adult sizes in all styles and colors.
What may be an unused costume to you could become the piece that brings a student’s next performance to life.
