Rocky Mount Preparatory School is a free, open-enrollment, college preparatory public charter school in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, with a diverse body of over 1000 elementary, middle and high school scholars and nearly 100 qualified instructional and support staff. More than 60 percent of our scholars are eligible for free-and-reduced lunch, and we have a strong record of sending our graduates t

o college. Our rigorous and innovative curriculum personalizes learning to each scholars needs and prepares them for success in college, career and life. Our school also offers hands on, STEAM-based learning, art and music, physical education, character education, technology instruction, career readiness courses, athletics and other extracurricular programs. Finally, our school prides itself in providing each scholar with 1:1 technology access, extending learning opportunities through digital and online learning. Rocky Mount Preparatory School is accredited by Cognia, and the school’s charter agreement is with the North Carolina State Board of Education.

Friday night was all about STRIKES, SMILES & GOOD TIMES! 🎳💙

Our RMP scholars and families had an amazing time at Bowling Night as we continued our Welcome Back celebrations! From a little friendly competition to plenty of laughs, we loved seeing our Jaguar Nation come together outside of the classroom.
