Why do I teach littles?
In high school, I went on a mission trip to Belize and spent my time teaching children there.
That’s where I fell in love with teaching and realized it was my calling...working at Rise Academy Learning Center is truly a dream!

Our Pre-K friends spent time outside getting their hands a little dirty and their minds a little brighter. From planting to observing, moments like these build curiosity, patience, and a love for nature.

Rainy days = sensory play !
Sensory play supports several areas of development at once. It helps children regulate their emotions by providing calming or stimulating input, while also strengthening fine motor skills through actions like scooping, pouring, and squeezing.

Tiny hands, big lessons 🦷✨
Today we learned all about brushing, flossing, and those tricky “sugar bugs”! The kids had so much fun learning how to keep their teeth clean and healthy.

🌱 Our little gardeners got their hands dirty planting seeds and learning how food grows from the ground up. Growing minds and tiny green thumbs at work!

Our little learners had the best day yesterday 🚒
They loved exploring the truck, asking lots of questions, and learning all about fire safety from our real life community helpers. So many smiles, so much excitement, and such a special experience for our kiddos. Thank you to our amazing firefighters for spending time with us ❤️
