This week, our Rockwall MCJROTC Cadets attended an intensive three-day Drill Camp where they challenged themselves to become better leaders, teammates, and drill performers. Through countless hours of practice, cadets sharpened their marching skills, improved their attention to detail, and developed the discipline and mindset necessary for a successful year ahead.
The hard work, dedication, and positive attitude displayed by our cadets throughout the camp were outstanding. They returned with increased confidence, stronger teamwork, and a renewed commitment to excellence.
A special thank you to ILTexas Garland for hosting this incredible event and for showing our cadets what right looks like. Your mentorship, professionalism, and hospitality provided an invaluable learning experience that will have a lasting impact on our program.

🐾 MCJROTC Giving Back to the Community 🇺🇸

Today, our MCJROTC cadets proudly supported Patriot PAWS Service Dogs by volunteering their time and effort to help maintain the property through lawn care and grounds upkeep. Through service projects like this, cadets learn the value of leadership, teamwork, and selfless service while making a positive impact in the community.

Supporting local organizations such as Patriot PAWS is important because they provide life-changing service dogs to disabled veterans and others with disabilities. By giving back to organizations that serve those who have sacrificed for our nation, our cadets help strengthen the bonds between schools, communities, and those in need.

We are proud of our cadets for stepping up, working hard, and demonstrating that service extends far beyond the classroom. Their commitment to supporting local organizations reflects the core values of citizenship, responsibility, and community engagement.

Proud moment for our MCJROTC program! Congratulations to cadets Elliot Stair, Lauren Brown, and Sean Young for earning their CTSO cords through their outstanding dedication, leadership, and excellence during their senior year.

Out of 22 graduating seniors in the MCJROTC program, only 4 cadets were selected to receive this honor — a true reflection of the hard work and commitment these cadets have shown throughout their journey.

Honored to serve both on and off the field 🇺🇸

Tonight, our MCJROTC Color Guard had the privilege of presenting the National Colors at the Lacrosse Military Appreciation Night. Standing tall and representing the Marine Corps values of honor, courage, and commitment, our cadets helped set the tone for a night dedicated to recognizing those who have served and continue to serve our nation.

🔥 MCJROTC Raider Team Takes 3rd Place! 🔥

On April 4th, 2026, our MCJROTC Raider Team stepped onto the field ready to compete—and they delivered. Through grit, teamwork, and determination, they pushed themselves to the limit and earned an impressive 3rd Place Overall finish!

This accomplishment reflects countless hours of training, resilience through challenges, and an unbreakable team mindset. Every cadet showed what it means to embody discipline, leadership, and perseverance.

We are proud of the way our Raiders represented our program and community. This is just the beginning—greater things are ahead!
