I am a current certified personal trainer and former club coach with experience in coaching both the highest level players as well as beginners.
Majority of sessions focus heavily on ball mastery and control of the ball, confidence is key! Sessions are one hour long and held in or around Rockwall, on either grass or a court. Costs are:
$40 per individual session, or $160 for 5 pre-purchased solo sessions.
$60 per 2 players session, or $240 for 5 pre-purchased duo sessions.
$80 per 3 player session, or $320 for 5 pre-purchased trio sessions.
