🐾 HELP US FIND LOVING HOMES FOR SHADOW & TROUBLE 🐾
One of our cherished pet clients is facing a truly heartbreaking situation and needs our community’s help. 💔
Shadow and Trouble are two handsome black tabby boys, ages 3 and 4, who are looking for new forever homes. They are microchipped, neutered, and fully up to date on vaccinations—happy, healthy kitties who have been deeply loved.
Their owner, a 75-year-old woman, is being forced to move in with family due to a decline in her health and is unable to take them with her. This decision has been incredibly difficult, and her greatest wish is simply to know they will be safe, loved, and cared for.
✨ Important note: Shadow and Trouble can be rehomed together or separately, depending on what works best for the right home(s). They will also come with all of their belongings to help ease the transition.
If you or someone you know has room in their heart and home for one (or both!) of these sweet boys, please reach out. Even sharing this post could help connect them with the perfect family. 🖤🐈⬛
Thank you for always showing up for animals when they need it most. 💗

Today we honor the legacy of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., whose life was rooted in compassion, courage, and nonviolence.
While Dr. King is remembered for his profound impact on humanity, his actions also reflected kindness toward all living beings. One powerful moment often shared is from 1964, when a police dog was placed beside him in an attempt to intimidate him—yet Dr. King calmly reached out with gentleness instead of fear. It’s a quiet reminder that compassion has no boundaries.
At the heart of Dr. King’s message was this truth: how we treat the vulnerable matters. That belief guides us every day in the care we provide to your pets. They rely on us for safety, patience, and love—and honoring that trust is something we take seriously.
Today, and always, we strive to lead with kindness, empathy, and respect—for people, for animals, and for the world we share. 🤍🐾

Where's our fams looking to add a sweet kit-kit to their home? A friend of mine is helping her friend who has asked me for help.
"Would anyone be interested in a sweet cat? My friend inherited this cat from a police office that has passed away and she can no longer keep her. She got the bad end of a divorce, and now has moved in with her mom and her mom will not allow the cat.The shelter told me to put her outside, as they only accept sick or injured cats and she has never been an outside cat, I don't think she would survive. I've only got a few days to find her a home because my landlord says no cats allowed. Luckily she is giving me a few days to try and find her at least a foster or forever home.
Everest- 9 years old, not declawed, litter box trained. She pretty much sleeps all day and is very sweet. She has been around other cats but I'm unsure of how she would react to dogs.
I gave her a flea treatment about a week ago.
She will come with a big container of food, 2 bags of treats, water and food bowl, and a litter box."

Some healthy alternatives to think about.
Did you know?
Coconut oil for dogs is AMAZING! Not only is it good for their fur, skin, and gut... but, it is also a natural flea repellant.
We have heard so many people say that this year was awful for fleas and that nothing worked. We personally haven't used a "Flea Repellant" on our dogs for many years. And, not-one-single-flea!
How?
Coconut Oil. It suffocates fleas so that when one bites a dog that is eating coconut oil, it immediately dies, preventing an infestation.
And, even better, you're not feeding or putting chemicals on your dog to prevent these pests.
Add coconut oil as a tasty topper to your Holy Chow! Pet Food to prevent fleas and to add a little extra flavor for your fur baby!
**Be sure to research how much coconut oil you need for your size dog. Also start with small amounts and slowly increase it as it can give a tummy ache if your babies are not used to it.**
