The off-season is where athletes make the biggest gains. Over these three months — November through January — our program is designed to help players get stronger, faster, healthier, and more explosive as they prepare for the spring season.

This is the perfect time to invest in strength, skill development, and arm health to give athletes a head start on their competition.

 🔥 Two Strength Tracks to Match Your Level 

Track A: 5/3/1 Performance Block (Experienced Lifters) 
→ Squat, bench, deadlift, rack pulls with classic progression, PR tracking, and accessory work to build max strength and power. 

Track B: General Strength Foundations (Novice/Returning Athletes) → Full-body sessions with DBs, kettlebells, sleds, and barbell technique work. Build muscle, durability, and athletic capacity. 

⚡ Bat Speed & Exit Velocity Program Focus on swing mechanics, barrel speed, and exit velocity. Tools include Blast, radar, live reps, and Speed Sticks Pro.

 ⛽️ Arm Care & Return to Throwing Arm care sessions to build shoulder/scap stability, rotational strength, and durability. Gradual throwing ramp-ups: High school athletes in December; younger athletes after Christmas.
