Superintendent Thomas W. Taylor’s gift/swag budget is not in danger of being removed from the MCPS Operating Budget. Superintendent Taylor will be able to continue buying himself logo clothing, and swag and gifts for administrators.
March 26th: Taylor gets new $375,000 contract for gifts and swag approved by Board of Education. Total for Taylor swag now $700,000. Soon after our 5 part series on purchases made by Superintendent Thomas W.
