Rockville Chinese School Since 1981, our goal is to foster the love of Chinese language and culture within a warm and inclusive community. Come join our friendly community.

Rockville Chinese School offers:

* Mandarin Chinese language classes for children 4 years old and older
* Chinese culture and arts classes for children and adults
* Sports classes for children and adults

Located just outside of Washington, DC, our classes are taught on Sunday mornings at Winston Churchill High School in Potomac, MD. Our language classes are conducted by teachers flue

nt in Mandarin and English. Students focus on speaking and listening comprehension, as well as reading and writing in traditional Chinese characters. In the afternoon, we offer many culture, arts, and sports classes. For those looking to have fun while staying fit, try one of our sports classes such as Martial Arts, Karate, Tai Chi, Folk Dance, Line Dance, and Basketball. Several classes are also available during the mornings, such as Adult Chorus, Arts & Crafts, Calligraphy, and Cooking & Sewing. Private tours are available through out the year.

FREE Winter Holiday Mandarin Language Camp for New Young Speakers (ages 5-10).

An enriching alternative to gaming and scrolling! Introduce your kids to Chinese language and culture with an experienced teacher from one of the area’s most established weekend language academies.

When: 11–11:45 am, December 28–30

Where: Online (via Zoom)
