Ideal candidates:
* possess 45 hour & 90 hour training certificate
* Has earned a minimum of CDA &/or Assoc. Degree in related field
* Maintains a teamwork mentality with positive leadership skills, and ability to work autonomously
* Is familiar with lesson planning and implementing daily routine and curriculum
* Reliable, flexible with shift per center needs, and looking for long term employment

By utilizing and targeting the following developmental domains: social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive, we are able to differentiate each child’s individual growth as a whole. At Sama Learning Center each day is focused on supporting, valuing, and nurturing every child in our care in a way that benefits them to the fullest. Our daily program consists of a structural educational program with preset goals that align with what is implemented by the Maryland Department of Education.
