Our annual grandparents grand friends day was a success at CMMS of Rockville!We had so much fun engaging that we had to merge the party outside! Who ever were able to make it in person and virtual thank you for being a valuable part of our children’s journey!

Yesterday, we learned about Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. The children listened to the sound of the shofar and learned about some traditional foods enjoyed during the celebration, such as challah bread, apples dipped in honey, and pomegranates. We discussed how these foods symbolize hopes for a sweet, fruitful, and prosperous new year.

This International Literacy Day, we're celebrating the incredible journey of learning to read, write, and communicate. In Montessori classrooms, literacy is more than recognizing letters, it's about helping children discover the joy of expressing themselves and exploring the world through language.
