Today is 🚲 A day promoting the bicycle as a simple, clean, and sustainable mode of transport that fosters health, environmental stewardship, and social inclusion. Cycling should be accessible to everyone so check out, for example, Montgomery Parks Adaptive Mountain Biking Friday, June 12 at 5 pm at Cabin John Park ⬇️

Another informative and inspirational time at The Arc Maryland Statewide Convention! It all started on May 27 with a summit and MCE Leadership graduation🎓and flowed into the next day full of panelists, connections and awards including R3 LLC who is our Chapter Volunteer of the Year and Elizabeth Edwards who won the School Inclusion Award! 🏆Congrats to all and we can't wait until next year's convention!
