The Montgomery County Region (MCR) of the Maryland Association of Student Councils (MASC) is Montgomery County's regional high school student government, representing all of the county's twenty-five high schools. In addition to monthly Executive Board meetings, MCR holds General Assemblies several times a year to discuss and act on issues pertaining to local high school students.
