SuperPaws is Faith Community Academy’s preschool parent-teacher organization and is run by parent volunteers.

P.S. Did you know you can push a stroller while you skate? And if not skating, you can walk with shoes on the skating rink floor to help your little!

Daniel squeezed in another summer getaway—this time to Corolla, North Carolina, with Mrs. Colgin, our wonderful 2-year-old teacher, and her family! 🌊🏖️
One of the highlights of their trip was getting to see Corolla’s famous wild horses! 🐴 Daniel loved spotting them and exploring the Outer Banks with Mrs. Colgin and her crew.
Thank you, Mrs. Colgin and family, for taking Daniel along on another fun adventure! 💙 We’ve loved seeing all the places our FCA teachers have taken him this summer.

🦁 Daniel’s Summer Adventures: The Summer of Mimi! 💕
Mrs. Taylor, our wonderful kindergarten teacher, has been enjoying what she calls her “Summer of Mimi”—soaking up lots of special time with her sweet granddaughter! 💗 And, of course, Daniel had to join in on the fun!
🎢 Daniel tagged along with Mrs. Taylor and her granddaughter for a fun-filled day at Kings Dominion and plenty of Mimi-granddaughter time.
But Daniel hasn’t just been out adventuring this summer—he’s also been spending time with Mrs. Taylor back at FCA! Mrs. Taylor has been hard at work getting her kindergarten classroom ready for a brand-new school year, complete with a fun camping theme! 🏕️
We can’t wait to see what Mrs. Taylor has been working on! 💕

🛻 Help Us Stock the FCA Playground! 🛻
Our teachers have a special request for the new school year: sturdy metal Tonka-style trucks and construction vehicles for our preschoolers to enjoy on the playground! 🚜💛
We’d love the help of our FCA families, friends, grandparents, neighbors, and community in stocking the playground with trucks that can stand up to lots of digging, hauling, and imaginative play.
Want to help? New or gently used metal trucks are welcome!

🌴🦁 Daniel’s Summer Adventures Continue!
Daniel has been busy traveling with our FCA teachers this summer, and his latest adventure took him somewhere tropical! ☀️🌊
This time, Daniel packed his bags and cruised to Bimini and Freeport, Bahamas, with Mrs. Rogers, our wonderful kindergarten teaching assistant! 🚢🇧🇸
Daniel got to soak up the sunshine, hang out on the beach, and enjoy a little island life. 🏝️😎 We think he’s getting pretty good at this whole vacation thing!

Personalize your preschool tote bag or kindergarten backpack with your child's name or initials for just $5 each. Best of all, the proceeds benefit SuperPaws PTO, helping us support the teachers, students, and special events at FCA Preschool throughout the year.

Daniel the Lion's Summer Adventures Continue! 🎢

This time, Daniel had a ROAR-some day at Kings Dominion with one of our amazing Pre-K teachers, Mrs. Ryan! 💙

From exciting rides to plenty of smiles and summer fun, Daniel had a fantastic adventure making memories before the new school year begins. He loved exploring the park and spending the day with Mrs. Ryan!

Thank you, Mrs. Ryan, for taking Daniel along on your summer adventure. We can't wait to see where Daniel travels next!

Our next play date will be a “Paint & Sip” event for our preschool friends! We’ll provide everything you need for watercolor painting—including paints, brushes, and paper, and a juice box to sip while your little artist creates! We are still finalizing details, but it will be held in our pavilion and playground areas at FCA Preschool. Stay tuned for more info coming soon! 👀
