We are the only music school in Bellmore that offers all of these in one place. This saves our students time and money, as one family can take multiple instruments on the same day. We offer all 5 of the most popular instruments: Electric & Acoustic Guitar, Electric Bass, Voice, Piano, and Drum set. Additionally, our students play on real pianos, not keyboards.

2. Most qualified and diverse staff in Bellmore and Rockville Centre. NYMC has some of the most qualified music instructors who represent degrees and experience from all around the United States, Asia, Russia, South Africa, and many other places. Our team of teachers bring a great deal of experience to students weekly without having to travel into New York City. Our studio is the only music school in Bellmore that is 100% music education. Retail Is not our focus, you are! In addition to our instructor's teaching credentials, our teachers have warm personalities, are extremely friendly and dedicated to teaching you the style of music that you want to learn in your music lesson.

3. A proven track record of excellence since 2006. Every year, aspiring music teachers start their own studio, and a year or two later it’s closed. We focus on teaching and do not have a store within our studio. NYMC has a proven track record of offering quality music, guitar, voice, singing, piano and drum lessons in Bellmore year round. Our full time mission is teaching music.

4. A comfortable parent's lounge for our clients. Instead of waiting in a music retail store showroom, our clients enjoy a professional parent's lounge with comfortable chairs, Wi-Fi, magazines and bottled water service. We also provide lessons in a room with large observation windows at the parent's request so that you can watch your child's lesson while you wait. Or if you prefer you can sit in on their lesson anytime you like.

5. Cozy, yet efficient music facility. Our rooms are stocked with everything you need for music lessons, including amps, stereos, full drum kits with pads, keyboards, pianos and more. All you need to bring is your instrument.

6. Free Music recitals in world class music halls. We are the only music school in Bellmore that teaches lessons on acoustic pianos and offers free recitals with a grand Steinway piano in a first class professional recital hall and modern community recitals. Our students do not perform in bars or establishments that are inappropriate for their age groups. Every parent just wants to know how their child is doing and if they are really progressing. The best way for a parent to understand if their investment in lessons is really worth it, is to have their child participate in a recital.

7. Professional office staff seven days a week to serve you. We are the only music school in Bellmore and Rockville Centre that offers full time professional customer service for our students seven days a week. We have three office team members who are available at the front desk to assist our clients quickly and respond quickly to any voicemails left on our system during hours that we are not open.

8. Trophies and certificates to celebrate achievement. We are the only music schools in Bellmore that gives their students the opportunity to earn special trophies AND certificates for passing new levels and participating in recitals. Do other schools offer trophies and certificates? But none of them inspire their students with smiling faces. We also specialize in music lessons for adults.

9. Early morning and lunch time lessons for homeschoolers, retirees, college students and working professionals. Since we are New York's choice for music lessons, we are able to be a 'full service' music school. This allows us to offer lessons as early as 9 a.m. and we see many students between the hours of 11 a.m.-2 p.m. If you are a homeschool parent, retiree, college student or working professional who has a flexible schedule, take advantage of our early morning and lunch time lesson spots.

10. Convenient Location. Located on Bedford Avenue in the heart of Bellmore. Due to its central location, our school is convenient to all areas of Bellmore and the South Shore. Close to our school, you will find great shopping, dining and the quaint neighborhood of Bellmore. .

11. Picture Day. We are the only music school in Bellmore that offers a picture day for their students. Each year we host a free picture day with a professional photographer. This is a service that our student's parents love as they all want quality photos of their children. Adults are welcome too! Students can bring their instruments to the photo shoot and wear whatever they like.

12. Month to Month lessons. NYMC does not require semester minimums for lessons. Every student here is on a month-to-month basis.
