The Art Studio team finished up a mural refresh and extension for Girl Scouts Troop 2210 at Meadow Elementary School in Baldwin! Each word displayed represents a language spoken by the families of Meadow and translates to a welcoming phrase 😊

Our Kids General Art class created self-portrait collages by breaking their faces into simple shapes and layering cut paper to build form and detail.
Using color, texture, and thoughtful composition, each piece reflects their unique personality and creativity.

A huge thank you to Wildlife Center LI and local artist for such a special live animal drawing workshop! Meghan’s amazing animal based artwork was on display in our studio as well!
We loved learning from a nonprofit Wildlife Rehabilitation & Education Center here in LI. Getting to observe these beautiful creatures up close made the experience even more special. We practiced expressive sketching, focused on movement, personality, and let go of perfection to simply enjoy the process.
