What an amazing experience it was to have Shawn Melanson in for a seminar!! He did such an amazing job blending movement based passing with brutal pressuring controls and even threw in some of his famous armbar setups and finishes.

Thank you again Shawn Melanson for coming and for everyone who made the trip to join us!

We welcomed Collin Sainio to our Mongkol ranks over the weekend! He had attended a seminar from the legend Liam Harrison and was able to share some of the drills and strategies with us. Some dangerous elbows and leg kick setups have been added to the arsenal!!

Our favorite wrestlers are coming back!! This Thursday, June 25, the Cassioppi twins will host a Wrestling Clinic Fundraiser for our Lions and Adult classes!

Rocco and Bruno have agreed to share their knowledge and drills with us in an effort to raise funds to travel and compete at the upcoming prestigious Fargo Nationals tournament.

Please join us on the mats this Thursday, learn from these world class competitors, and/or donate if you can. All funds go directly to the expenses associated with them traveling to and competing at Fargo 🙏 🤼
