Join our team - we are hiring! We are looking for the next sharkstastic staffer to join our amazing general education instructional assistant team. General education instructional assistants enjoy dynamic days supporting students and teachers in various classrooms and out at recess and lunch. The hours for this position come in at just under twenty hours/week: Monday 10:35-1:05, and Tuesday-Friday 9:30am-2:00pm. Something FIN-tastic has arrived at school! 🦈 We interrupt your summer vacation to share some exciting news that might have you swimming over for a sneak peek before school starts.

The new 1st-6th play structure has arrived (see attached photo)! Some exploratory sharks have already taken it for a test run and have given it two fins up. This play structure is rated for ages five and up. We welcome you to come check it out this summer. 🦈 💙

Thank you to all the staff and families who provided input on our facilities survey from the fall. That survey provided helpful insights to help us decide on how to use the district's one-time funding for projects to be completed by the end of the 26/27 school year.

These projects aim to enhance student-centered spaces, improve comfort and access, and create a more vibrant, modern, and community-oriented campus.

Happy graduation to the class of 2026! Our senior sharks returned from high schools all over the region to participate in one of our favorite traditions, the Shark Grad Walk, where our current sharks and staff celebrated them with a spirit parade. We are so proud of these seniors! 💙🦈

We are so proud of our promoting class of sixth graders and their excellent work presenting at our annual IB exhibition event. We will miss these sharktastic students so much and wish them the best as they swim off to middle school. We know they will do great things there. 💙 🦈 🌎 (Post 2 of 2!)

A big heartfelt thank you to the awesome kids in Rocklin who set up their lemonade and brownie stand today! 🍋🍫
You made our day brighter with your delicious lemonade (so refreshing!) and those incredible homemade brownies. The smiles, the enthusiasm, and the pure joy you brought to the neighborhood was the best part. It’s so wonderful to see young entrepreneurs out there working hard and spreading kindness.
You kids rock! Keep shining and thank you for making our community even sweeter. ❤️
