"Every person I work with is made in the image of God. ... Having that value as a part of your work just kind of shapes the way that you approach almost everything you do."

We love celebrating the incredible practitioners who pour into our students! In a recent episode of the "Think Global Do Justice" podcast, our very own Jeremy Macias shared his heart and expertise on what it looks like to truly walk alongside vulnerable communities.

As an adjunct professor for our Global Development and Justice programs, Macias brings his daily field experience from World Relief straight into the classroom. He does an amazing job equipping leaders to serve with both professional excellence and deep compassion.

During the conversation, he talked about building better, more effective programs by moving beyond just checking boxes.

"Let's collect data not just so we can report what we're supposed to report but so that we can learn and improve," Macias said.

We are so grateful for his leadership and the way he bridges faith and action! Catch the full conversation on navigating funding, building strong programs and caring well for others.

When you are trying to read systematic theology after a full day of work, ministry and family responsibilities 😅

Balancing all that while pursuing a graduate degree is a masterclass in time management (and a testament to your caffeine reliance).

The good news? Our 7-week digital blocks are built specifically so you can tackle one focused course at a time without losing your mind or neglecting your primary callings.

Go pour another cup of coffee. You've got this, and we're praying for you. ☕📚

Today's reminder: God does not call the equipped; He equips the called.

To the leaders balancing sermon preparation with family obligations, the non-profit directors organizing logistics late into the evening, and the believers faithfully serving their local churches, we see your dedication.

Juggling family, work, and ministry is heavy, but holy work. If you are feeling stretched or under-equipped for the challenges facing your community today, take a deep breath and remember that you lean on His strength, not your own.

Our prayer for our alumni and current seminary students this week is that you would find profound spiritual rest in the middle of your busy schedules. Lean into His grace today. 🕊️

Friendly debate for a Friday afternoon: Which camp do you fall into when you are leading? Are you meticulously prepared with typed-out questions and historical commentary, or do you prefer to keep it completely organic and go with the flow of the room?

Every leader's style looks a little different, and we love seeing how God uses different gifts to build up the body. Drop your leadership style in the comments. 👇
