🧡🖤 **Happy National School Custodian Day!** 🖤🧡🚀

Today, we celebrate the incredible custodians who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep Rockingham Middle School clean, safe, and welcoming for our students, staff, and visitors! 🚀

Our custodians do so much more than keep our school looking its best. They are problem-solvers, helpers, fixers, encouragers, and an essential part of what makes RMS feel like home. From early mornings to late afternoons, from unexpected messes to countless little things that often go unnoticed, they handle it all with dedication and a smile.

Their hard work doesn't always get the recognition it deserves, but we see it, we appreciate it, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they do each and every day! They help create an environment where our Rockets can learn, grow, and shine! 🌟

**Thank you for your hard work, your dedication, your patience, and the pride you take in caring for our school. RMS wouldn't be the same without you!** 🧡🖤

🚀 **Help us show our custodians some love and appreciation today!**

As end-of-year testing begins next week, we want to remind families that students cannot have access to personal electronic devices during testing sessions.

With technology continuing to evolve, the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction has placed additional focus on electronic devices and test security across the state. This includes devices such as cell phones, smart watches, earbuds, smart glasses, and prescription smart glasses.

Please talk with your students about the importance of keeping these items out of testing spaces. We appreciate your support as we work to provide a focused and secure testing environment for all students.
