We’re excited to welcome Suzy Heistan into her new role as our School Psychologist at Parkway Local Schools! She’s looking forward to building new relationships and serving our students and teachers throughout the school year.

A motto Suzy lives by is simple: “Kindness is free.” 💛

Fun fact: Suzy is a proud Nana and loves listening to the musical group The Tenors! 🎶

We’re excited to welcome Ms. French into her new role as High School Intervention Specialist at Parkway Local Schools!

Already a familiar face around Parkway, Ms. French is looking forward to building even more connections with students and being there to support them as they learn and grow.

Fun fact: Ms. French is a Parkway graduate and a proud mom of four! 💛🖤

🐾 Welcome to Parkway!

Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Kelsey Luthman to Parkway Local Schools! Mrs. Luthman joins Parkway Elementary School as our new 3rd Grade Teacher.

After spending the past six years teaching second grade, Mrs. Luthman is excited to take on a new grade level, get to know the Parkway community, and meet new students and families. She’s also looking forward to working alongside the wonderful staff at Parkway Elementary!

A motto that inspires Mrs. Luthman is, “If you’re going to play, play to win.” To her, that means giving 100%, putting in your best effort, and always striving to do your best.

Fun fact: When she’s not in the classroom, you can find Mrs. Luthman enjoying the outdoors and spending time at her family’s lake house at Norris Lake in Tennessee. She’s been skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, and enjoying just about anything involving the water since she was little!

Please join us in welcoming Mark Highley to Parkway Local Schools!

Mark joins our district as our Elementary Intervention Specialist and is excited to be back in a close-knit community, getting to know families and working with students to help them grow.

A motto Mark lives by is: “I will walk by faith even when I cannot see.”

Fun fact: Mark has three kidneys!

Please join us in welcoming Ms. Jessica Reynolds to Parkway Local Schools! Ms. Reynolds joins Parkway Middle School as our new Social Worker.

Ms. Reynolds is excited to build meaningful relationships with students and support them in their everyday lives. She looks forward to getting to know students, helping them navigate challenges, and being a positive presence throughout the school year.

Her favorite quote, "Be the change that you wish to see in the world," reflects her desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those around her.

Fun fact: Jessica loves learning new board games and card games and is always up for trying something new!

Parkway staff not only prepped for the school year in their classrooms but they also had fun playing Panther Bingo Scavenger Hunt with mixed groups from different buildings! We learn, prepare, and have fun together!
