Woo hoo!! We journeyed through the 12 Days of Christmas and have arrived at Epiphany. In the Christian Church Epiphany is the celebration of the Wise Men, gentiles, who came to worship the baby Jesus. A broader definition of epiphany is an AHA or a realziation or revelation that comes with some simple event or insight. Example: This year I was struck by how the word holiday could actually be broken down into holi-days... or holy-days. That gave me a greater appreciation for the phare Holi-day Season and how it unites the various holy days celebrated in December.

As we wrap up the 12 Days of Christmas journey and the beginning of a New Year, we call upon the gift of vision to see and dream something totally new, something that will take us into unknown territories, something that will expand our horizons.

We get wisdom through experience. We get experience through living. Each holi-day season comes packed with opportunities to grow in wisdom. Today, the 11th day of Christmas, we honor the wisdom we have gathered throughout this season. This season I especially appreciated the wisdom of flow. I got to be in a few social settings and enjoyed flowing with the rhythm of the group. No agenda. Just connect and flow.

Have you watched a child play recently? Have you heard their laughter? You were like that once upon a time. We all were. And we can reclaim that playfulness. Play more. Laugh more. Your body will thank you!

On this 9th Day of Christmas, we are invited to consider presence. The best present we can give is our presence.

I remember a long time ago seeing my mom holding hands with someone at church while gazing into the person's eyes. I have no idea what they were talking about, but the presence, the connection was palpable.

That level of presence can even be felt through the zoom windows!

On the First Day of the New Year and the 8th Day of Christmas , let's dream of new possibilities both personally and globally.

On this last night of 2025 and the 7th Day of Christmas, let's celebrate all that was in 2025 and allow the newness arriving on the 1st to awaken our imaginations. What's possible now that we have journeyed through 2025?

Love... the most powerful and misunderstood force in the Universe. Love can be gentle and fierce, comfortable and uncomfortable. What's the most loving thing you could do for yourself today? for another?

On the 5th Day of Christmas, we open up to the joy that is who we are. Joy doesn't require outer circumstances to be a certain way. Joy is always a choice.
