The annual Crosstown Showdown games are coming up THIS MONDAY, January 13th against Rockford Lutheran! Students and staff, show off your Royal Lion spirit with a school-wide blue and gold dress-down day on Monday! Then join us for the girls varsity basketball game at 5:30 PM followed by the boys varsity game at 7:00 PM! Go, Royal Lions!

Our Upper School students had a blast during Jan Term 2025, and we are so thankful for the Royal Lion faculty and staff who go the extra mile to provide these unique experiences! From photography to kitchen chemistry, literary analysis to barista basics, job shadowing to light saber engineering, RC students enjoyed a wide variety of activities designed to develop their skills and interests beyond the daily curriculum. What a fantastic way to kick off second semester!

Congratulations to Lower School faculty members Mrs. Granite and Mrs. Lentini who are BOTH recipients of educational grants from the Golden Apple Foundation and Collins Aerospace!!! Their hard work and dedication to further enhancing our STEM and art programs is such a blessing to our Royal Lions and directly impacts the student experience at RC! Through their efforts, Mrs. Lentini will be able to purchase gel press printing plates for immersive art lessons and Mrs. Granite is expanding her Cubelet robotics building system!
