What a week celebrating the VIPs of Rolling Green! 🚀⭐ From our staff Hollywood Star Walk of Fame and celebrity doppelgänger contests to paparazzi photo shoots featuring throwback prom dresses, bedazzling backstage passes, and honoring staff at our Rocket Award Ceremony, this week was full of laughter, fun, and well-deserved recognition. We wrapped it all up with snow cones and an incredible 61 raffle baskets for our amazing staff!

Thank you to every single staff member for all you do each day to keep Rolling Green running strong. Your dedication, care, and hard work make our school shine brighter every day. We also want to give a huge thank you to everyone who donated their time, money, and support to help make Staff Appreciation Week so special. 💚🚀

RPS 205's Family & Community Engagement Department is hosting its final PTO Coffee Chat of the school year. This is a space to connect, share ideas, and strengthen partnerships across schools. Join us on Thursday, May 11 from 11:30-12:30 at the Administration Building!

Rolling Green is closed today & all after school activities are cancelled due to a continued power outage at the building. Anticipated restoration is scheduled for this evening.

Online Registration for next school year is now open! Keep an eye out on your inbox. You'll receive an email from PowerSchool Enrollment for each student. This email includes a unique Snapcode that you'll need to begin the registration process. If you don't receive your Snapcode, please contact your child's school or email us at [email protected]

We are so grateful for our amazing Rolling Green family and community volunteers who came out this morning to help plant trees in our new Learning Grove! 🌳

A huge thank you to the City of Rockford Governmentfor donating the trees, helping us plant them, and even providing trees for our volunteers and community members to take home. What a special way to grow something lasting together.

Today was a beautiful reminder of what makes our school community so strong—partnership, generosity, and heart. 💚

Celebrate Arbor Day this Saturday at Rolling Green Elementary, 3615 W Gate Pkwy! 🌳 From 8–11am, volunteers will plant 10 trees for a new Outdoor Learning Grove at the school. Starting at 11am, grab a free tree (white oak or sumac) while supplies last. Limit 1 per person!
