🚀 MISSION ACCOMPLISHED, CUBS! 🐻✨
Our students went above and beyond their fundraising goal, and now it’s time to celebrate! Join us TOMORROW, Friday, October 9, at Cannonsburg Elementary for our Cub Crawl assembly and fun run! 🧡
⏰ COMING TO THE ASSEMBLY?
We begin at 2:00 PM! Head toward the playground and enter the gym through the back door.
🏃 COMING JUST FOR THE FUN RUN?
Arrive by 2:25 PM and head directly to the playground.
🎉 WHAT’S IN STORE?
Each grade group gets a countdown and color-cannon launch, followed by running or walking, music, and FOAM EVERY LAP! Music stops at 2:45 PM, then students finish their lap and enjoy a root b**r float and their Cub Crawl prize. Water will be available near the starting line.
👟 WHAT TO WEAR
Running shoes and comfortable clothes! Students will receive their Cub Crawl T-shirts at school and change before the event.
📣 CHEER ON YOUR CUB!
Walk or run along with your child, or cheer from the blacktop near the playground equipment or table area. Please stay outside the marked course to give runners plenty of room.
🎒 HEADING HOME AFTERWARD?
Pick up your child’s backpack from their Class Base. If you haven’t completed the form Nicole sent from the office, please sign your child out with their teacher before leaving. Families leaving after the celebration should plan to head out by approximately 3:00 PM.
Students staying at school will enjoy an all-school recess until dismissal.
Thank you, families, for making this mission such a success. Let’s celebrate our Cubs! 🚀🧡
