On Wednesday night, September 13th, join us at Spectrum School for a presentation & book signing with the author of the recently published book, 50 States of Mind, a Rockford native, and Spectrum School's Class of 2006 alumnus, Ryan Bernsten! He will discuss the contents of his book, as well as touch on how Spectrum School has helped his journey as an author and playwright.

1 WEEK AWAY!!!

Join us next Tuesday, July 18th, from 10:00am-11:00am, for our 2nd Summer Preschool/Early Elementary Playdate! It's not our birthday, but it's going to be a Happy "B" Day, with many B-themed activities available for all to explore.

Open to both current AND prospective students/families, aged 3-8. A water bottle and sunglasses are recommended for our warm morning of fun. Hope to see you here!

Tomorrow, Tuesday, June 20th, is the first of THREE Summer Playdates for Early Elementary-aged kids (3-7 years old, current or prospective students).

The hour of fun will have a "P" theme! Playground, Popsicles with the Principal, Play Spaces with Puzzles, Painting, Parachute Play, Play-dough, Popsicle stick Puppets, and more!

The fun starts at 10:00am. Hope to see you there!

RESOURCE ALERT!!!

The Basics Insights free text messaging program helps parents and caregivers incorporate early childhood learning into everyday routines. Simple, science-based tips and activities support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development from birth through age five. Also, Spectrum School actually contributed some resources to this program, how cool! This could be helpful for some of our Preschoolers or even younger siblings of our other students!
