This isn’t a competition-only team—it’s a training team. Our goal is to train with the focus, discipline, and intensity of champions while supporting one another every step of the way. If you have a heart to fight, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude, we’d love to have you join us.

🥋 A quick update to our monthly team training:

To make things easier for everyone’s busy schedules, our monthly 2-hour team practice will now be flexible. If you’re unable to attend that month’s extended practice, simply make it up by attending one additional sparring class that week. We want to challenge our students—but we also want this opportunity to be accessible for everyone.

We’re proud to announce the launch of the Excel Academy Fighting Team, officially starting September 1st! 🥋💥

We’re inviting students of all ranks to be part of this exciting new program. This is not just for competitors—it’s for anyone who wants to train with focus, discipline, and a championship mindset.

Whether your goal is to compete, sharpen your sparring skills, build confidence, or simply become the best martial artist you can be, this team is for YOU.

Team Expectations:
✅ Attend at least 2 sparring classes per week
✅ Join a monthly 2-hour team training session
✅ Wear official Excel Academy Fighting Team gear (uniform, shorts, and T-shirts)
✅ Show respect, sportsmanship, discipline, and a positive attitude at all times

🛍️ We are now taking orders for team uniforms and gear for the next two weeks. Please note that items may take up to 6 weeks to arrive, so don’t wait!
