Who or what would you be without your story(ies)? Can you believe in love and grace and peace and ease?
I love unraveling the mind and all its knots because I return. I return to freedom and grace. When I don’t unravel my mind, I am stuck n my limiting stories and stress arises. I lose the dance of life. I shut down. I struggle. I get angry and frustrated and start a bigger war inside myself that is simply not necessary .

Your heart needs a home in your mind and your mind needs a home in your heart. My goal as a life coach is to help you build those bridges to create a lasting deep inner peace. Creating peace on earth one person at a time.
It’s our job, our birth right, to have peace on earth and it starts within our own hearts. If we are at war within ourselves how can we ever experience peace anywhere?
