We wrapped up a SWEET Teacher Appreciation Week with donuts (thank you Dunkin'!) and the BEST coffee truck - Coffee N Repeat!! We hope staff felt the love…and survives the sugar rush from this week. 😁

Last but definitely not least, we want to give a shout out to the following donors: Target (Joliet location), Oriental Trading Company, Cinemark (Joliet mall), and Nothing Bundt Cakes (Shorewood). Your generosity is so appreciated in celebrating the Rockdale School teachers and staff!

Today we had a cookout for staff…and we were so busy grilling burgers to perfection that we forgot to take any photos 🤦‍♀️. However, we still would like to thank the following donors: maurices, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Lou Malnati's!

We’d also like to give a very special thank you to Michelle Alfaro from Lemont Great Clips who generously donated a gift basket!

Thank you to the Board for the delicious breakfast from Louie’s Waffle House! The PTO gave each staff member a gift bag containing various coupons and gifts that were all donated by local businesses.

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week to the INCREDIBLE teachers, staff, and admin at Rockdale School District 84. Their passion and dedication always amazes us! We look forward to celebrating them all week long, and are so thankful for the many local businesses who have donated gift cards, coupons, etc.
