This recipe is made with avocadoa a healthy fat, egg and Kerry gold cheddar cheese ( from grassfed cows).topped with Everything Bagel! It's delicious!

Health info: Healthy fat (HDL-good cholesterol or 'Happy' cholesterol ) removes bad cholesterol (LDL). Which is why it is important to eat as much foods that contain healthy fats as possible. Avocado is a great food to increase your HDL.

I agree with this and recommend except you can have wild caught Salmon about 2x/week. If you have chicken or turkey it should be organic.
