Community CPR education class being held at Garibaldi Fire & Rescue city hall room Monday Jan 20th from 2pm to 6pm. Class is free without CPR card (educational only). If you need a card after please message me for details. Class space is limited to 20 people so RSVP right away. See everyone then.

Good afternoon.

Garibaldi Fire & Rescue will be hosting a free CPR community class on Sat August 17th 2024, from 10am to 2pm.
The class is free information based. If you would like or need a CPR cert with the class you can purchase one after class by letting me know with an inbox message.
The class will be limited to 24 people. Spots will go fast so sign up by texting me at 503-753-8737. Or send an email to [email protected].
We look forward to providing this free education to those are interested.

July special for CPR classes. Prepay this week for your CPR certification and save $10 off the normal price of $65. So your class is only $55 if you prepay for your summer class. This also applies to businesses and the upcoming August community class.

If you want to nominate Garibaldi Fire Dept for free gear through my instructor license and you are a student, fill out the form below.
Instructor: Terra "Letty" Buchanan. We are working to provide free stop the bleed training throughout this summer to all of Tillamook County.

Are you a high school student? You can help yourself and help your school by a) making a 1 to 2 minute video or b) writing an essay from 250 to 500 words addressing the topic below.

This was an amazing event I got to participate in this year thanks to Topanga Rain Benthien. I got to be head of triage for this all day event and I have to say this was one of the most amazing things I’ve gotten to do all year. So many people helped. The free haircuts almost made me tear up. So many people got much needed dental, which is such a huge deal down here. Can’t wait for next year.

Please spread the word. There is a compassion clinic at the YMCA this Sunday and it will offer free medical, dental, and eye services as well as showers and cloths etc.
I haven’t seen it heavily advertised but please please spread the word. It’s an excellent opportunity for those who don’t get to go to the doctor often.
