⛳ Golf Team Update ⛳

Our golf season got underway at the beginning of August, and our two golfers have worked hard to do their best at every match. Throughout the month, we have seen tremendous growth and witnessed some amazing golf!

Senior Carson Austin has earned low-medalist honors in the women’s division in six of seven matches. During the past three matches, she has consistently scored in the mid-40s. This is an outstanding accomplishment!

We are incredibly proud of both golfers for the dedication they have shown. We wish them continued success and plenty of low scores next month as we get closer to regionals!

📢 SENIORS & PARENTS: ATTENDANCE EXEMPTIONS

All seniors will begin the school year with a full-day schedule.

Seniors who wish to block in or block out must first receive an approved Attendance Exemption.
This is detailed in the Mercer County Policy I-02 which requires senior attendance exceptions to be approved by the Assistant Superintendent.

Approval Process:

1. Seniors who qualify for the Attendance Exemption will be met with & provided a form by the School Counselor.
2.The School Counselor l will review the request and approve to send to the principal for review.
3. Principal will review and approve it at the school level.
4. The form will then be sent to the Assistant Superintendent for final approval.
5. Once approved and returned to MHS, the School Counselor will adjust the student's schedule.

⏰ Please allow 1–2 weeks for this process.

Students must attend their full-day schedule until the exemption is approved and their new schedule is issued.

🚨🚨🚨 Due to ongoing thunderstorms and the forecasted storms this evening during scheduled game time, the condition of our natural grass field surface is deteriorating. It is in the best interest of both programs to cancel tonight’s scrimmage.

Individuals who purchased pre-sale tickets online should be contacted via email from gofan.co to initiate a refund of the cost of the ticket(s) purchased.

Thank you Level 33 Physical Therapy & Sports Performance for the care of our athletes 😁

We love when teams contact us to prioritize the health and longevity of their players! The more athletes that we can help BEFORE pain becomes an issue, the better.

Thank you to the coaches at Montcalm High School and Middle School for reaching out and helping make this happen! This says a lot about the care that you have for your athletes, and we have great respect for that.

⏰ **4:00 PM–7:00 PM both days**

📝 All students purchasing a parking spot must **sign and abide by the student parking contract.**

⚠️ **IMPORTANT:** Students MUST bring:
✅ Driver’s License
✅ Proof of Insurance

**A parking spot cannot be sold to you without your driver’s license and proof of insurance.**

Please make sure you have everything with you when purchasing your spot!
